Justyna Guzy, MSc. Eng. specialising in biotechnology in environmental protection. Employed at the Department of Solid Fuels Quality Assessment of the Central Mining Institute (GIG) as an assistant. Experience in quality analyses of solid fuels, solid biofuels, solid recovered fuels, and combustion waste. Conducts training in sampling of solid fuels, solid biofuels, solid recovered fuels, and combustion waste. In charge of co-creation of the management system at the Department. PhD student at the Central Mining Institute (GIG) in mining and engineering geology fields. Participant to research under the package implemented by Poland (GIG) within the RFCS project: ’’Advanced Substitute Natural Gas from Coal with Internal Sequestration of CO2 2013-2014” and in currently implemented RFCS project “Integrated and Intelligent Upgrade of Carbon Sources Through Hydrogen Addition for the Steel Industry” – (i3upgrade). Currently also works on the project entitled “Technology for Biodetoxification of Wooden Waste Impregnated with Creosote Oil for Application as Fuel or Fuel Component”.
